Life’s challenges often make us feel lost or stuck and I believe that therapy is the best starting point for drawing a new and improved road map. My primary goal is to help my clients remove the barriers to self-acceptance and make choices that are in their best interest to lead a fulfilling and self-directed life.

I use a Cognitive-Behavioral approach and Mindfulness based strategies, and also tailor interventions and techniques to meet my clients’ needs. I work with adults (18+) and I can help with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

In my view, it is important to build a strong alliance with my clients. We will work together to understand the origin of your issues and learn new ways to solve problems and overcome obstacles. We will use practical tools and coping skills, and take actions needed to achieve your goals. Reach out to me if you are ready for a change.
