Jessica is currently offering short-term, holistically-focused therapy to assist clients in improving coping strategies and exploring root causes of emotional health and lifestyle issues. She implements experiential modalities, including music and imagery work, along with cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, therapeutic lifestyle changes, and nature-based activities.
Jess has a passion for health – emotional, physical, environmental, and transpersonal. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Fellow by the Association for Music and Imagery. Jess holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, has certifications as a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and is currently working toward a certification in Ecotherapy. Working with adults ages 18 and up, Jess aspires to bring a balance of depth and lightness into her sessions. She has a special interest in helping people address challenges with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, adjustment issues, self-esteem, personal growth, self-care, burnout prevention, resiliency, and lifestyle concerns.
