She is a Mind Body Spirit coach at Life in Balance Counseling and Wellness Center, a certified Spiritual Embodiment Teacher, Radford professor, teacher with Instill Mindfulness, dance artist, yoga practitioner, and founder of Interweave Conscious Movement®. Trained in a plethora of mind-body-spirit modalities, Katie has developed courses such as REVIVE Fitness, Mindful Embodiment, Chakras in Motion, and Journey of Empowerment.
