Life’s challenges often make us feel lost or stuck and I believe that therapy is the best starting point for drawing a new and improved road map. My primary goal is to help my clients remove the barriers to self-acceptance and make choices that are in their best interest to lead a fulfilling and self-directed life.
I use a Cognitive-Behavioral approach and Mindfulness based strategies, and also tailor interventions and techniques to meet my clients’ needs. I work with adults (18+) and I can help with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
In my view, it is important to build a strong alliance with my clients. We will work together to understand the origin of your issues and learn new ways to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
