Angela’s background which includes an education in counseling, human development, psychology, and the biological sciences helps her to facilitate a holistic approach in therapy. She believes that good mental health is a vital part of wellness and that the role the mind plays in overall health is often overlooked. Angela’s passion is to help people work with this awareness in a caring and compassionate way to achieve personal growth and balance.
Angela has interest in helping people overcome depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and crisis. She also teaches social skills and mindfulness. Angela has served adolescents and adults in groups and individually in various settings in the community as well as inpatient.
