Cindy is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked with adults, children and adolescents. Starting out in teaching, then moving into counseling, Cindy has been able to integrate her knowledge of education and mental health, helping people to problem solve, work through personal issues, and move toward positive transformation. She takes joy in helping others explore how a holistic approach can bring about positive personal growth, using individualized planning with each case. In other words, Cindy strives to use what works best for each unique situation. She has a background in outpatient, prevention, adventure-based, group, Intensive In-Home, residential treatment, school –based environments, and working with Military Families. Cindy has a special interest in incorporating creative arts into the counseling process.
