Sarah is a Licensed Professional Counselor who began working with children as a special education teacher and then, went on to pursue her passion, working in mental health and as a counselor.
Sarah has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in group and individual settings to include residential treatment, psychiatric hospital, inpatient programs, therapeutic day treatment, intensive in-home therapy, crisis stabilization, community-based treatment, and schools.
In therapy, Sarah uses creative outlets and a variety of techniques while focusing on the whole person to help people discover their strengths and ways to best help themselves. Sarah views each individual and situation as unique and utilizes an eclectic, person-centered approach to therapy. Sarah welcomes children, adolescents, and adults to her practice.
